Mixers, flowmakers and recirculation pumps

Having more than 30 years of experience within this field we are one of the world leading manufacturers of flowmakers, mixers and recirculation pumps. Our modular product range makes it possible always to find the optimum solution among our more than 150 models and sizes. Thus we guarantee:

Chopper pumps

For more than 50 years we hare produced chopper pumps. Our product range includes submersible pumps, dry-installed pumps and long-shaft pumps - all in cast iron or in acid-proof stainless steel. Our pumps are characterised by their unique chopping system which prevents blocking and at the same time comminutes dry matter parts according to process requirements.

At treatment plants our pumps handle tasks where traditional pumps often block, e.g. in septic sludge and in connection with recirculation of sludge in digesters.

Based on our chopper pumps we have developed a complete product program of venturi aeration systems characterised by low investment costs, durability and constant efficient oxygen transfer throughout the lifetime of the system. The chopping system of the pump prevents blocking of the ejector nozzle.

We have developed and patented a new hygienisation unit for treatment of category 3 by-products and waste. The process is based on applicable EU regulation. The unique design of the hygienisation unit makes it possible to chop solid parts reducing their size, to mix, to heat-treat and to empty the tank by using the same Landia chopper pump. The Landia Bio®Chop hygienisation unit includes process control, monitoring and data recording of the hygienisation process.
