The COVID-19 virus has created challenges and uncertainties that are changing on a day to day basis. As a valued partner, we want to share with you some of the actions that we are taking at Sansom Equipment to keep our associates as safe as possible, while continuing to provide a high level of service. Here are just a few of the actions we’ve taken to date:
- Restricted global & provincial travel for all non-essential work
- Implemented a work from home policy for anyone that isn’t required to build or service our products
- Introduced enhanced hygiene standards to all employees
- Restricted visitors to all of our locations
While we are working tirelessly to manage the complexities of this crisis effectively, there is no doubt it will have an impact on our ability to ship product and provide services as most of our product manufacturers are located in different countries and have substantially reduced their work force. Once we have ensured the safety of our people, the number one focus at Sansom Equipment will be to support you, our customer.
We will remain open for business at all four of our locations, with employees and visitors using social distancing guidelines. Additionally, our sales and support teams are available and more than willing to support you with your equipment needs.
We wish you, your families, and your colleagues the very best at this difficult time. We hope to see our industries as well as the Canadian economy return to normal, and we are confident Sansom Equipment will emerge a better company than ever before.
